“To achieve the State Government’s target to deliver 800,000 new dwellings to support population growth between 2024 and 2034, we need to offer even more affordable housing solutions to the market to get buyers into their new home sooner. Investment in the construction workforce is also critical to ensure it can service the forecasted 34 per cent increase in homes to be built per year,” explains Doulgeridis. “In the face of an evolving new home building market over the past few years, Carlisle has invested significantly in our people, our product, and our pricing to ensure we are bringing the very best to the market.”
